Discuss your project

Hourly base rate applies Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Project work requires at least 50% down. Block Hours requires an upfront purchase and is valid for one year. See the service terms below.

Hourly rate schedule

One rate schedule.
Wherever the work happens.

The same hourly rates apply to remote support, on-site work, and travel time. Your rate depends on when service takes place and whether weekend work is planned or an emergency.

Service periodSchedule · Eastern TimeHourly rateMinimum chargeBilling increment
Weekly StandardMonday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM$125 / hrNo additional minimum15 minutes
Weekly After-hoursWeekday hours outside 8 AM–5 PM, excluding the weekend window$175 / hr1 hour30 minutes
Weekend After-hours · PlannedFriday, 5 PM–Monday, 8 AM · scheduled in advance$175 / hr1 hour15 minutes
Weekend After-hours · EmergencyFriday, 5 PM–Monday, 8 AM · urgent, unplanned service$200 / hr1 hour1 hour
HolidayAll day on applicable holidays$275 / hr1 hour1 hour

How billing works

Time is billed in the increments shown, with a one-hour minimum where listed. After that minimum, additional time is rounded up to the next billing increment. Weekly Standard is billed in 15-minute increments without an additional one-hour minimum.

Which rate applies?

All times are Eastern Time. Weekend rates apply from Friday at 5 PM until Monday at 8 AM and replace weekday after-hours pricing during that window. Holiday pricing takes precedence over weekday and weekend rates. Confirm applicable holiday dates when scheduling.

Travel, remote & on-site service

Travel time is billable at the same applicable hourly rate as technical work. There is no separate hourly rate based on service location. Planned weekend service is arranged in advance; urgent, unplanned weekend requests use the emergency rate.

This schedule covers hourly service. Fixed-fee projects follow their agreed Statement of Work. Prepaid block-hour deductions and applicable premiums follow your Block Hours agreement.

Service terms

Clear expectations before work starts

Understand when standard rates apply, how project changes are handled, and how prepaid time is used.

01

Hourly service & prepaid time

Hourly service follows the rate schedule above, including its minimums and billing increments. Standard business-hours block support consumes time at 1:1. After-hours, weekend, and holiday block deductions follow your Block Hours agreement.

02

Project deposits & changes

A minimum 50% down payment is required. Pricing covers the agreed Statement of Work, regardless of the hours needed to complete that scope. Additions or deviations require a change order agreed by both parties before that work is performed.

03

Block-hour purchases & deductions

Purchase at least 10 hours upfront for $1,250. Hours are valid for one year from purchase. Remote service calls have a 15-minute minimum deduction; on-site calls have a one-hour minimum. You are responsible for initiating all work.

04

Response & vendor exclusivity

Block Hours includes a 4-hour response SLA; this is a response commitment, not a resolution deadline. Hourly support has no SLA. An optional IT vendor exclusivity agreement offers savings and requires a balance of at least four hours at all times.

As-needed support vs. managed services

Two ways to support your technology

Choose flexibility when your team handles everyday IT internally, or ongoing management when you want a proactive IT partner.

Common questions

Know what to expect

Choose the arrangement that matches the work you need.

Do these options include ongoing monitoring?

No. These are as-needed services without a recurring monthly management contract. Monitoring, security agents, and licenses are not included in Block Hours. Cybersecurity services can be purchased separately.

What happens if a project takes longer than expected?

The price is locked to the clearly defined Statement of Work, regardless of technician hours. Changes to that scope require a mutually agreed change order before the additional work is performed.

How long can I use my block hours?

Your upfront purchase is valid for one year from the purchase date. Remote calls deduct at least 15 minutes; on-site calls deduct at least one hour. After-hours, weekend, and holiday deductions follow your Block Hours agreement.

Is a four-hour response the same as a four-hour fix?

No. The Block Hours SLA commits to a response within four hours. Resolution depends on the issue and the work required. Standard hourly service is first-come, first-served without an SLA.
